How to give admin to someone on your server

1. Navigate to your server console
2. In the console type ownerid <steamid>
eg. "ownerid 76561197960287930"
3. next type server.writecfg
NOTE: If the player you grant administrative permissions to is on the server they will need to disconnect and reconnect to use their permissions.
